might be best if you reset password. go to your email web site and log in. email address fine, then look for small question forgotten password.

complete with your email address, if recorded with email website it will send you a link or offer to alter change password. if lucky then remember to save password to pc memory. you can then look up in settings passwords in fact try that first go to settings and general then passwords
if logged you should get code to open if you haven't altered try 0000 bevlucky will let you in then sift through other passwords to find your. then edit change AND REMEMBER. GOODLUCK.

You need to delete old messages - the limit is 50. follow the display when using the VoiceMail retrieval method you regularly do.

Here are the most common programming features:
1. Feature * 0 - Button Inquiry
2. Feature * 1 - External Autodial
3. Feature * 2 - Internal Autodial
4. Feature * 3 - Assign Feature to a Button

If you don't have a 7310 or greater phone, then you need to get one. I would imagine you can buy one for under $100.

you should already, intrnal is double ring and external is long single ring. you can set sounds from the softkeys below display.

to change the main greeting you need to get into admin programing F983 your also going to need a 7310 or 7324 or a T7316. You have to use the buttons under the LCD screen to navigate after getting into admin press AA
Press GRTG
Press GRTG again
and usually 1 is set for day
and 2 is set for night
press 1 then ok
Press REC.

You dont have the EXT of mailbox 222 assigned to ext 222. Go under F983 press mbox press chg press 222 press ok press next it was say EXT: see what ext is assigned to put in 222 press change enter 222.
If it tell you that 222 is already assigned you have to find the mail box it is assigned to. Usually involves checking every Mbox starting with 221
