My inbox, drafts and contacts are completely gone! I need them back asap! There were over 200 messages in my inbox, and like 150 contacts. I need them!!!!!!!!! What happened????

I lost a very important draft email and it would not show up in either trash or sent boxes, etc. BUT I did a search for all emails addressed to this person and it showed up there at the top of the list. I quickly copied and pasted it into a new draft and sent it immediately. In the search bin, it declared that is was indeed in the trash box but I'm telling you it didn't show up there at all. Is this activity of a virus and how do you get rid of viruses inside Yahoo mailbox?

Check your trash. If you did not delete the trash, you can put a check on them and send them back to the inbox. If you deleted the trash, it is gone. You can not undelete it. maybe you can contact yahoo help and support , can't rule out virus , multiple access to the account . mail is not stored on hard drive but i believe contacts are , possibly a system restore to earlier date might make the contacts reappear . just a thought .
