Error 163 on oki c5500 printer

Have an error code 163 on my c5500 i need to fix it soon and like to fix it myself

To solve this problem, you should follow our guidelines. Don't worry, you can handle it very quickly.

Step 1: Turn your target desktop on and press F10 key as soon as possible to boot to setup utility.

Step 2: When you get into the HP setup utility, you can find some items listed on the top bar. Go and find the item called File, just click it to open its sub-category. Find and click Set Time and Date option. Correct the right date and time then press F10 to activate your changes in setting.
Note: You can use the direction keys on your keyboard to navigate to the option you need and press Enter key to begin making some settings.

Step 3: Then navigate to the option called Save Changes and Exit and click Enter key to end this operation. Restart your desktop.

I had a paper jam and removed the jammed papers. The paper jam cleared and then the Fatal Error 980 appeared. OKI C5500 printer

backup roller thermistor indicates low temp

Open the Unit Up, the Button on the Side opens the Printer. In the rear of the Printer you will notice the Element in the rear of the Printer.
It is usually hot. Well there is latches
as an Authorized Okidata Service Provider I believe these "TABS" should be the color of BLUE. release the tabs and the entire fuser come out just grab the handle that usually comes equipped with the fuser , it is usuallyon top just grap ir and lift it out. Install the New One and your Done.

unplug the unit then clean the printer and all drum units and etc with compressed air. Replace the drums and replug should solve the problem.
