Can't set the time for the Adidas ADH4024

Click on "instruction manuals" in the menu on the left, choose your country.

You will be presented with a series of generic instructions from which you
should choose the ones that suit your watch.

Figured it out - Press & hold 'A' then press 'D'. THEN press 'B' to toggle through the selections to set T1. T2 (for another time zone) is up or down in the offset. Good luck!

btw - A, B buttons are from top to bottom on left and C, D are top to bottom right

hold set button(top left) in for two seconds until 'light 'displays,then press bottom left button(mode)to scroll though hours etc,(use right buttons to adjust)when finished press top left again
