plz push menue button then start b/w (blue) button then fourtimes arrow-up button. machine will be in maintenance mode. What error no. does the display show up? post it here again.

see dhanraj your problem just simple what u do is just remove the usb sable from the printer and switch on the printer and when the printer head move open the top cover and just quickly switch off the printer from main power supply . the head will be in the middle now gently remove the catridge. let me know are you able to fix this bye
