Transferring music to new pc

Insert the USB pendrive into the USB port of your PC. Now it will be detected and seen as you open MY COMPUTER as a new drive.
Now open the music files you wish to trasfer to the drive , use your mouse to click and COPY , then open the drive and use the mouse to click and PASTE.
In this manner you can trasfer.
Also you can use the send in the link to directly send to the drive.

It sounds like your transfer is hanging up in the middle, if you are transferring over a network (without wires) you are loosing your connection. I would recommend that you try and transfer a small amount of the files at a time instead of many gigabytes. If you are transferring in the above manner, I would strongly recommend that you try and connect your device directly to the computer you are transferring from. If it is connected and you keep dropping connection. It may be some kind of RAM (random access memory) shortage in your transfer PC or a problem in the connecting wire. I would try transferring from another PC so that you can isolate the problem. If the connection keeps getting lost it may be a problem with your my book.

Hi mate, I had same problem as you, took the cam into store and teh guy helped me out.

Make sure you get the recharger for the camcorder, then plug it into teh camcorder and also to the wall power when you are uploading the files. It can needs an extra power boost to get the files onto your computer.

- so plug in your camcorder to computer
- also plug in the battery recharger cord to the camcorder

Should work fine!!

Charge battery full
Then TAG the pictures with as many tags possible. Up to 10
Make new tags.
then Protect and Favourite the pictures videos etc.
Then transfer again to your "file" on computer. and check for the numbers are continius. Delete the dupl;icates that show with the 2 zeros "00"

connectn your mobile to computer with data cablee. they may have given one cd when u bought your mobile.. it contains drivers software.. then install it and then transfer songs. it will work. thank you

Windows media player should work as long as your computer can reconize the device(Phone) just use the sync function on the wmp and locate your phone on the list of devices. Also make sure you have a media card in your phone.

while connecting phone to pc through usb port u should install the phone software in the pc first otherwise the pc will not allow you to connect and trasfer data. if there is a software u can easily trasfer data from phone to pc and pc to phone.

Try accessing the rio's hard drive through my computer to see if it can find the songs: they will be in a folder aptly called music within your rio carbon.

You may have to change the firmware for the rio carbon pearl but this is easy to find on their website.
