• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device./

If there are no codes in the manual then you may have two options left for you. You may order a 20 or 21 remote from Dish after verifying it will work with your system with customer service or you may get an ALL IN ONE REMOTE. Thanks for using Fix Ya and let me know if you need further assistance.
Can I suggest maybe instead of trying to program your universal remote
control, maybe a better solution is trying to buy the original
replacement remote control for your Cyberhome DVD Player. I've been
down this road before and eventually you'll be faced with not being
able to find the solution and not left many other options. I went to
http://www.everytvremote.com to buy a cheap replacement remote for my tv and got it within a week and didn't have to worry about
programming the universal remote ever again!
