Sounds like you need to take the carb. apart and clean it. I like to use a Den Tek Brush, (used for cleaning teeth), to clean the small ports in carb. they work great for this job. Make sure to either clean or replace the small screen in thcarb. as well.

Your carburetor needs cleaned. Disassemble carb. and spray with carb. cleaner. Make sure that the small screen is free of debris. Use a Den Tek Brush,
(http://www.dentek.com/shop.php?target=products&product_id=7), to clean the small portals in the carb. Reassemble and start. If this doesn't work for you then you will have to buy a carb. kit and replace all appropriate parts. If you need further assistance, just let me know.

It sounds like you have done everything but replaced the fuel filter. Which is usually located in the fuel tank. And clean the muffler. You will probably find some oil and carbine build up.
good luck
SOURCE: Troy Bilt trimmer model # TB575SS no high throttle
I had this about two years using all the attachments I could buy. There are many places on the Internet with a symptom of "No High Throttle" with a list of solutions, but no one has said they have found the problem. My TB757 would start up easily, even with no throttle, but would stall if the throttle were applied. I checked the valves, put in fresh gas, cleaned the air cleaner, installed a new spark plug and then tore into the carburetor. The repair kit for the carburetor is a K20-WYL and costs about $15 at any lawn-mower repair shop. Suggestions were made to clean out the carburetor but mine was very clean. The only part that was needed was a rubber diaphragm with a metal button on it that meters gas. This is the first rubber diaphragm that you see when you take the carburetor apart. You do not have to take apart the engine, just pop the air cleaner cover off. Mine did not look damaged, but there were comments that the alcohol in gas dried out the diaphragm. Replacing the one part fixed the problem. This engine has been very easy to start and was problem-free until now. However, the Walbro carburetor should have lasted longer.
