Vidoes are not playing

install K-lite codec pack, it is free, probably missing decoders

I think your video is in a wrong format or resolution.
so what you need to do is use a video converter to convert the videos to the right format and resolution.

Hi, when a video doesn't play n your phone it depends on the format of the video you are trying to play on your phone.

View the details of the video file that was sent to you and view the other videos already on your phone that you can play if they are of the same format file.

Videos that play on your PC may not be supported on your device.If this is so your device will either say file not recognized or unsupported file, or just not play.Even if it supports AVI files they may not play due to unsupported size, bit rate, codex.Did the player come with a file converter? try converting a small file and try to load it,play it.Good Luck

check the video codecs reqired by ur device and convert the vidios only in those format..... ur problem is due to the file u r uploading has different picture(videos= picture+audio) codecs than those required by ur device

I am having same issue . i did not load software into my computer and lost my disk . do you have a disk ? Load it

It cannot be done, the camera only recognizes videos taking with the camera and has not been erased. One transfer off camera and erased, no way to access the video file.
