I am reprogramming a few for our local legion and I don't want hand-written button labels. Is there a form fill I can use?

VAT is value added tax which is straight percentage. program tax one or two for the percentage and make sure your departments are set up taxable or non taxible. prgm 2 is vat probably and program 1 will be for dept. generally with casio.

If yes, try to reset it. (NOTE: This method will RESET all of ur programmed data!)
1. Off power
2. Take out the AA size backup battery
3. On Power
4. The machine should show "0000000000"
5. Fix the AA battery in
6. Program the Date & Time
7. Ok

Very common problem. I have one every week. Faulty thermal printer. This model used a very crappy little Seiko printer that fails commonly. Take it to a dealer and have the printer replaced. The printer is very cheap so the bill shouldn't be too much. Make sure you do not use this machine to print receipts for every sale or the printer won't even last a year. I have one customer who has had six printers and Casio still won't agree that the printer is rubbish.

Insert a CF FLASH CARD into the front of the register before taking a "Z" report. Turn the manager's key to Z1 and press CASH AMOUNT TENDER to issue a BATCH report of all sales activity, which prints from the register's receipt printer. This report information is also automatically written to the CF Flash Card capturing the register's terminal number and date of the report. This data is formatted as a "TXT" file and can be open with Microsoft EXCEL. Use EXCEL to combine multiple register totals. Create historical report data and e-mail the reports to corporate or to district managers. Saves time and reduces transposition errors.
Use the CF Flash Card to save the entire register program before moving the register to a new venue where it can be reprogrammed in a flash with the new menu.
