If u cant turn it on with remote and with power button with all kind of cables&devices disconnected, and u sure allready do hard reset, then its time to open it for probably grounding or capacitor failure if ur lucky enough.Disconnect from power line, and discharge capacitors, and good idea is to ground urself(your hand) when and if u gonna do it.

1. take out from supply ,by take out power cord from outlet
2 reconnect power suplly and switch on,manually if needed, and then do hard reset,as is written in factory manual ( turn back to factory settings)
3 if that not help ,disconnect last connected device,or all and try again
4 check one more time power line voltage on outlet, , voltage selector on back plate on device, and for test purpose only connect ur AV Receiver plug directlly to outlet, without any extension cords with other outlets or devices on them ,as that can be source of problem ,too.(power,or voltage drop bellow point that is needed for this power drawing device to be switched on)
5 also disconnect for test purpose dig coax, and or antenna inputs..best is to disconnect all,and connect in directlly to power line outlet, and then to try hard reset to factory settings.
