Check under the hood and find the battery and follow the red (+) wires thru the relay to the bottom of the motor, usually gonna be visible from the top. but make sure you jack up the vehicle and check underside but the starter would usually be on the underside at the rear toward the firewall under the motor

99 chevy malibu wont start, changed fuel pump, ignition switch, crankshaft sensor ,igniton control module, starter & it still will not turn over im at my witts end dont know what to do

Do you have power at the starter? Give the starter direct power, to see if it's turning over. If not, then you have some internal problem, was the car flooded?

Where is the radiator on a 99 Chevy Malibu?

Their is no radiator cap that goes directly into radiator. if you do plan on putting barr's leak in it just put it in the coolent tank on the passenger side that is the only way.

Horn on my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu won't work. Fuse is good and relay is working properly. Where is the actual horn?

If its like my 99 Chevy Lumina, its behind the front bumper, passenger side. You'll have to take the whole front bumper off. Stupid I know. But thats how Chevy made them.

The interior lights of my 99 chevy malibu do not work. Can this be a fuse problem?

yes it can be a fuse, most cars have a dimmer for dash/interior lights if fuse is ok it may be the dimmer switch.

My 99 chevy malibu takes a while to start. it sounds like its trying to catch but it takes a couple of tries. someone told me it was the starter. does that sound right?is so where would it be located?

define trying to catch. is the engune turning over but sounding like it may start then finally does? or does the starter spin but the engine is not turning unless you turn the key to start a few times if it is the latter it could very well be the starter. check to see if you have an oil leak onto the starter. if it very greasey then you will need to adress the oil leak too. the starter is located on the lower right side of the engine. (passanger side.)
