I suggest you check the battery condition and state of charge - your description suggests it might be discharged or faulty.

I called their comsuner number for this scale, BFM689SPKH-63. the number was 1800 672 562. She helped me calibrarte the scale, but that didn't work. To calibrate, step on and off 6 times, let it power off, then try again. That didn't work for me so she said to mail it in to their place in MO, and they will send me a new one. So give that a shot.

Sad to hear they did not sent you the manual.. Anyway, I did search the internet for it and couldn't find any manual for your watch. Is there something wrong with your watch? It is a very beautiful watch! The controls should be basic. Just pull the lever all the way up to adjust the time.

We got a Marshall mb02 digital blood pressure monitor, but it didn't come with the manual. And we really aren't sure how to work it????

I called the car manufacturer listed in the owners manual (2006 Colorado pickup truck, and they didn't know. Roberts Chevy where I bought the truck didn't know either. Does anyone know. It shows up on my message board above the odometer.
