Pink lmax does not work

The problem is that we bought it last year for this year christmas. My daughter is crushed that it does not work. It will not even power up. I know that you only have three month warranty but as I have found a lot of people have had this same problem . I hope you can help me for my daughters sake.

Had my leapster for a year. Just went out and bought new games and it will not come on. I changed the batteries still did not work. Called leapster and they were not help offered me 50% off new one (which is the same price that they are offering online). I do not want a new one. I want the one I bought to work. Hope someone knows a solution.

We got the pink Lmax last year.  This year my other daughter got a lleapster and both girls got games.  The pink Lmax worked for about an hour - now it wont turn on.  We changed batteries and even tried the ac adapter - but nothing.  Really don't want to go buy another one.

Bought a pink L-Max for my grandaughter last year and just bought one for my other grandaughter for her birthday this year, however, just as I received the new one, I found out that the year old one has stopped working. It powers up, but there is no display. She has been very careful with the unit and has not abused it. I am considering sending the new one back for a refund.

Have you followed up all the OM instructions (e.g. full charge, how to turn on very first time, etc.)?

SOURCE: Leapster 2 will shut off right after the "important" screen

Just called Leap Frog and apparently this is a common problem (defective screen). As long as it was purchased within a year they will replace it for free. They ask you when and where you bought it. (You have to pay to send the broken one back it was like $5). Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Hello. My daughter's Leapster

Have you tried putting new batteries? If yes and still has no sound then look for the warranty and bring it back to the store where you bought it so they can repair it for free.

What age group uses the Acer Aspire? I bought one for my 17 year old granddaughter for Christmas but now I'm afraid it may be too young for her?

In my opinion, that is a good desktop computer for that age group. It's fast enough to keep up with multitasking, like having myspace, facebook, twitter, youtube (I have a 15 year old daughter), and hopefully something to do with homework up. It is upgradable to 2GIGs of RAM and you can also upgrade the processor later if she does anything intensive in college.

I have about the same system, although mine is self built, for my daughter and at this time she doesn't need anything more or less.

Have a Merry Christmas and I am sure she will love it.

My daughters v. smile will not turn on

The ac adaptor has to be set to the correct voltage , there should be a small adjuster on the mains plug.
1.5v for each battery ( regardless of battery size ); so 6v for a 4 battery , 9v for 6 battery , etc.

Display screen is blue

My daughter was SO SO excited when she received Hannah Montana Disney Pix Digital camera from christmas she cried. She cried MORE when she took her first picture and didn't see anything on the display screen it was completely blue! NOTHING! $40.00 down the darn drain and my daughter feelings crushed on Christmas. I couldn't afford to purchase her anything else. Called support that 1-888-800-0507 something like that,,,,,it took me twenty-one minutes to tell me to return it. WHAT! They said its a defect! WHAT! When I returned the camera they didn't HAVE any, now she is really UPSET!

Never again,

My daughter v smile pocket does not work

Sounds like the contacts on the games need to be cleaned. On the game cartridge, push back the little cover and clean the gold colored contacts on both sides. I use a cotton ball or q-tip with alcohol on it. Let it dry before you put it back in the v.smile.

Bought an HP Deskjet F300 All-In-One series last Dec./07 for my daughter for Christmas, installed it on computer no problems. Our computer crashed last week. Bought a new windows XP computer. Now I need to...

Here's the HP support page for F300 series printers: http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_lang=en&h_cc=us&cc=us&h_page=hpcom&lang=en&h_client=S-A-R163-1&h_pagetype=s-002&h_query=deskjet+f300&submit.x=2&submit.y=7
But F325 is the lowest number listed for the driver (that's what you need from the CD to install your printer on the new computer).
I hope this helps, and good luck.

Pink screen

Back to store or maker with it. Check out the makers Tech support site but this needs a new camera replacement.
