How long if gas is sitting in gas tank till would go bad

Did you also replace the black rubber fuel lines?

siphon till cant get no more then drop tank to get all out

get as much out as you can and fill it up with good new fuel a little bad gas in a lot of good gas will work fine, if it is something like debris in the tank the only real for sure way to clean it is to remove the tank from the truck and flush

To fix the jerking rotate your tires and what do u mean by cuts when idling if it cuts off then there is a chance there is water in your gas tank due to precipitation just go to the gas station and put about a full tank but u need to keep a full tank in it when your not using for a while when I was locked up I couldn't let it idle without turning off so I would just sit in it and barley press the gas until it thought it was ok to let go and it ran good till my starter went out and the switching off you probably need to get a new gas pump line or whatever it's called I forget.

I was getting the same and found out I got some bad gas.

The computer could not understand so 2 tanks later till running badly and giving 460+134 codes... Ran till empty - got best gas I could find ** -> the KEY **-> Unplugged the battery for a full 20 minutes, checked every wire for grounding issue (none really found) --- everything is great now.

Mileage went down for that tank but then came back to normal.

Unless there is a drain plug for the tank, my guess would be to use a syphon pump like you would use for a boat.

BEST TO USE A HAND SIPHON TO REMOVE GAS FROM FUEL TANK REMOVE FUEL TANK..THEN CAREFULLY WASH OUT SEDIMENT IN THE BOTTOM OF FUEL TANK.

If it's been sitting for that long, yes the gas goes bad. Drain the tank, fuel lines and even the spark plugs becuase the old gas will foul them too.
Check air filter for free air flow and possible critters living in the intake... two years is quite a while for a car to sit... Also after it's running have your oil and filter changed as well.

if you have had a tune up then it is the fuel pump or the injectors loosing pressure buy 2 cans of gumout injector cleaner and put in the gas tank with a little gas so you have a half a tank drive 10 miles and let sit over night then drive till you need gas if that don't fix it then one or the other needs replaced

defective or missinstalled fuel pump would be my first guess.
