Forgot my skype name

Open the skype utility and you will see a prompt "fogot my skype name or passwword". This will ultimately lead to you getting the information you require sent to the email address you used when you subscribed to Skype -the whole process should take you about 2 minutes.

When i try to buy sykpe credit it says ssl commounication error can not be perfromaned

This is likely a problem on skype's behalf. The SSL connection is the secure route they have to use in order to receive your payment. In this case, it is likely that Skype's SSL server is currently shut down. Try waiting until tomorrow and try again.

I forgot my skype password

You can still reset it. Open the Skype, enter your username, click "Forgot you password?", (you can do even if you don't enter the username, but it's better since you'll be taken to your personal page, check the url, you'll be be able to see your username).

another windows will open up on the Browser, there, you'll see box "Enter your email address", type in your email address and click "submit"

You'll receive a temporary password on your email. Use the code to login and change the password after you are logged in. Note: to change the password, you'll need the temporary password, so don't delete the email, better note it down and change it once you are logged in.

If you need further help, let me know.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

you can do it from the link above, or when you install skype and run it for the first time it offers you to register an account.
