30 amp fuse keeps blowing on my Honda deauville 650

30 amps seems too high for any bike.... But any time you keep blowing fuses...there is a bad short somewhere check all the wiring for that feed; worn wires, bad connections, and faulty equipment on that feed service.

Good Luck

When i go to start my kawasaki el250b2 bike the starter relay pops the 30 amp fuse what can cause this

A 30 amp fuse is a major short circuit. The problem should be easy to find. Trace the + battery lead to the solenoid and check for any bare wire touching anything metal. If all good then disconnect from the solenoid, keep it away from metal and try to start, if the fuse blows then the problem is the wiring between the fuse and the solenoid. If the fuse remains intact then the problem is in the solenoid or starter itself. Reconnect the wire to the solenoid and disconnect the one to the starter and isolate each in turn. This should at least tell you were the fault is. Hope this helped you

My gsxr600 keeps blowing 30 amp fuses

I'm assuming bike is still under warranty, so theyshould fix it free. Otherwise you will have to trace each wire individually. Do this with ignition off an then check all positive wires to ground. If you have continuity then you have found the bad wire. Good Luck.

Starter relay fuse keeps blowing

30 amps is heavy, so bypass nothing. Look for a short in a heavy circuit like the the headligh, starter (questionable because of delay) same with starter relay. You have a wire shorting out on the frame somewhere. It's that cut and dry.. Go to the auto parts store and buy an automatic circuit breaker that matches the fuse type your bike uses. but instead of a 30 amp, get a 20 or 25 amp. As long as theres a short it will trip and reset by itself saving you the hassle of changing fuse every few minutes.. While the breaker cycles on and off you can search for the short. When you find it, the breaker will stop cycling and stop in the on or reset. Good Luck
