When I turned on the Printer and 49.00ff error message come. How I solve the problem
Does the same thing happen if the printer is disconnected from the network (I'm assuming that you are using an Ethernet connection) before you power-off then power-on again?
If it does, then there is a problem with the printer itself.
If not, then it may perhaps be invoked by some system sending a 'rogue' job (not necessarily a conventional print job) to the device.
Look at HP support site for the latest firmware update to your model. Regards, Mike

Take a close look at the flaps hanging out the exit for the printer. They should move up and down freely. If one of them is stuck up, broken or dislodged, you'll get the bin full error. The flaps on the other end (side you can't see) have little flags that sweep between photo sensors and tell the printer in the tray is full and if paper has exited the printer into the tray.

if you open that plate /scanner mechanism and if you drill that plastic sheet and try some manufactureed alluminium or metal projection and place it in the hole drilled by you and put washer and screew so that that supports ;the scanner mechanism and your scanner /printer works . the scanner mechanism may costs you around 3,000-00 rupees.
