i think that the battery is not properly placed. try shaking your phone with your hands and see if it switches off. OR check that any software or something is not running. if still not solved take it to the nearest nokia showroom
It could be that battery is dead. Try plunging to charger for couple of minutes and turn on while plugin. If this does not work, bring it to a service center or get a new phone
You have to reset it first switch off your phone then press star+three+call key+power on untill u see the shake hand. The security code will be reset to 12345
