Depends on the product you want to keep in the freezer. Usually you want to try and stay between 0 and +10 degrees for most items. Ice Cream must be -10 degrees minimum. Any warmer and it won't keep. Hope this helps.

Have a standing freezer compressor is working suction line cold discharge warm but the box temp is the same as the room temp what could be the problem?

i think its problem in freezer,s capellery pipe and filter it has been blocked by dusty oil so. please open that cappellery and filter and make clean after reuse or change i hope it will work good

Upright freezer not cooling adequately

Go to there website and see if you can find your model. You can also contact them from there.

Also get yourself a stand alone fridge and freezer thermometer - leave it in for an hour -that will establish what the temperature really is which will help in diagnosing the cause.

Also trying unplugging it for 15 minutes so the display board loses power - then plug it back in - sometimes that will reset it.

Tempature warning beeper beeps sometime and the freezer seems to be droping temp some. It goes down to about 20 degrees and then up to about 32-36 degrees. Can you tell me what the problem is

Frigidaire Upright freezer with Beeping Display

First make sure you have a good 9v battery installed. If it is ok then the problem will probably be in the display board or the wiring connectors between the boards. CE is communication error. If your model has the electronic tempature control instead of mechanical thermostat the problem could be in there. My bet is a bad connection at display board.
