How do I transfer pictures from my cell phone to my laptop

You can transfer pictures to your laptop by using a Micro SD card reader like the one in the image:
brymz_10.jpg
Insert the Micro SD to the slot which says "Micro SD" and then plug it in the USB port of your laptop. The laptop will soon detect the Micro SD. Open "My Computer" and then choose the removable drive which is usually E: or F: or G:. Thanks.

How to remove write protection from a sandisk hc memory card

Hello Friend,
  • There is a write-protection tab on the mini sd card HOLDER. Every time you insert this into your PC or card holder, this tab slides to the write protect position. Either keep resetting, inserting & reinserting until it doesn't slide or tape it down.
  • There is nothing wrong with the mini sd card. Simply locate the write protection key and push it.
  • The mini sd card has some error: Go for a low level formatting.
  • The card has virus: Remove the virus.
  • Change the Usb Port(Recommend you to Use Backside Port)
  • Change the Cable
  • Restart PC
  • Still have Problem Change Card Reader..

I have a sd micro card and i want to load music on it from my computer to put on my phone

Hello,

This is a relatively easy problem.

You can do so by using a memory card reader.

You can easily get a memory card reader from any local store at a cheap price, depending on your country.

Most of the Memory card readers come in USB type, so what you just need to do is to plug it in any available usb port on your PC, and then insert your
sd micro card in the appropriate port for it.

For SD Micro Cards (The Smallest Types), most times you might need to first insert it in a Small Card Adapter that comes with SD Micro cards, before inserting it in your USB Card Reader.

Hope this helps you out.

Kindly let me know how it goes.

Good luck.

Where to I put the chip in my computer?

You may have to get a card reader that takes stuff off and puts stuff on the sd card that connects to the computer using a usb port because most computers do not have an area where you can insert the micro sd card.

I use a SanDisk ultraII 2.0GB disk in my Canon PowerShot camera. I want to put the SanDisk into my HP8530f but I am not sure if it fits one of the slots in the media center. Can i insert it into this...

The cards used by the Canon Sureshot are SD cards and very common. The HP 8530 if it has a card reader added as it is not standard according to HP is likely to support SD cards. I would however suggest to spend the extortionate sum of less than a fiver and buy one of the many card readers advertised on Ebay which will fit into your USB port. I have just bought several for less than a fiver including P&Pand they will read upto 92 different types of card. The following is the location on Ebay so just cut and paste it.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/92-in-1-USB-2-0-Memory-Card-Reader-Writer-MMC-SD-M2-CF_W0QQitemZ220293045447QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item220293045447&_trkparms=72%3A1437|39%3A1|66%3A2|65%3A12|240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

One final point. Wherever you buy one from make sure it will read SDHC cards which a lot will not. The above does.
Nope this helps.
