Water dispenser
First thing to check is if the water filter is out of date, this will cause you not to get any water to the ice maker or the dispenser. Another thing to do is to get behind the machine and with someone pushing the dispenser see if the water valve vibrates. If it does and there is no water and the filter is good either the valve is bad or the resevoir inside the refrigerator is frozen and not letting water come through, but the last is unlikely due to the ice maker water supply does not go through the resevoir. The filter is the first place I would start with.

Thanks for your help, much appreciated! I had just replaced the filter with a new one (after some time where I had turned off the ice maker, removed the old filter, and installed the plug). I'm not sure which valve you're referring to - there's an upper and lower section - but neither one of them vibrates when the dispenser is pushed. The light comes on but that's about it. I don't hear the any valves actuate with the ice maker turned on, either, though the cube ejector does spin as expected.

The dispenser switch clicks when I push it and the dispenser light comes on. But, I don't hear any solenoid actuation. Front panel lights all work properly, and there's power to the dispenser control board. The auger in the ice bin turns fine and dispenses ice. The cube/crushed ice solenoid is very sticky, but this solenoid does actuate properly if I test with the door switch held closed, so the electronics seem to be okay.
