Go to website: focuselectrics.com Then click on West Bend;.
click on the parts icon and they offer instruction manuals. I dropped the plug on the floor and it broke into two pieces. So while ordering a replacement part, I noticed they offered an instructional manual at the bottom of my order.

I would recommend returning the product to where you bought it and getting a new one. If the cord was missing, you don't know what else might also be missing.
