I have a American standard ac model 7A0018-60A100A and would like to know the model no. of the condenser fan motor so I can replace it

All you need to know is that it is a 1/4 hp, 825 rpm. 1/2 inch shaft. That is if you are going to buy an after market motor. I have had to make new mounting holes when using after market motors on trane systems (just the way trane is) but not a problem. If you're getting it from trane you would only need the model number of the condenser.

If the refrigerator door seal is hot does it use more electricity?

No there is warm freon circulating in pipes called a yoder loop behind the metal door frame to prevent condensate. What is the model number of your fridge? On some models it is electric and there is an option to turn it off

It does sound like a bad fan motor. With the compressor getting hot you may need to change the start relay, overload and run capacitor if it continues to run like this with a defective fan motor. What is the correct model number? Sea Breeze

Condenser fan motor

It would be easier to get the data from the condenser fan motor than attempt to match AC unit model numbers. If unreadable then remove the fan motor and take to someone to match with the one you have. That is what I do, Thanks Sea Breeze
Make sure you mark your wiring before removal.

In winter the refrigerator make ice not in summer, just cleaned the evaporator which was totally cove with dust, noticed also that the compressor is hot and all the coopper pipes also are very hot, what...

The reason everything is hot is because you stopped the unit from "Breathing" through the condenser (not evaporator) by allowing dust to build up.
This is how the system disperses heat absorbed in the freezer section (evaporator).
