This kind of sms normally is a scam and not true.if you really had won so much money they will contact you personnaly and not sms. be carefull, dont give your personal information to strangers.

please check your MSG center number is correct with your service provider once the msg center number is wrong you cant able to send ad receive the text messages
when u receive msg from any one just put a finger on it & press one time on the msg those u r received then u will get a small screen (if ur screen colour is blue or red, then screen comes in white color) at th end of the screen, u r looking option for forward msg & u have one more option copy the msg & make a new msg, it is easy method. coz i m doing this way. i already have sony ericsson xperia x10
When they start to ask you for your personal and bank account info, so they can supposedly send you money, then you'll realize whether it's scam or not.
yes you can refund it,!becaous you have right to fefund your money,and it depends also the terms and condtion. and you need to report if didnt refund it .
