Trying to download my profile back onto my xbox and it keeps giving me an error code: 8015820A. It also is telling me that profiles can't be downloaded at this try again later. WHY is that?

ok dont worry, this is an easy fix. some xbox's come with parental controlls already set. go to your xbox 360's dashboard and go to the very last tab and go to parental controlls and just set all of the controlls to the lightest settings and it SHOULD let you play on xbox live unless you have MULTIPLE PROFILES with parental controls already on.

This should be easy :) I made a few phone calls for you and did some research and I learned about this service that Xbox offers called DRM transfer. DRM stands for Digital Rights Management. Basically what happens is your right to play your DLC is on your old gamertag and not your console. So your knew gamertag doesn't have the rights. So simply go to www.XBOX.com/DRM. Sign in to your gamertag that you used to buy the DLC (it's okay if it's a silver account) and follow the instructions on the page. In the end you should be able to use your DLC on your xbox no matter what gamertag you use or if you're online or offline.

NOTE: You may have to re-download them if they still don't work to update the DRM, but it should be free to re-download.
