you have to have your wirless going or a conecion first to internet for a VPN to work,,, start with your internet conection then your wireless connection. if they are fine and you still can't connect 1. vpn softare is corrupt. 2. setting in vpn on your laptop got changed 3. turn your caps off , for singing into vpn 4. unlock your keyboard number pad there really isn't much ona keyboard.
