Either your sim card is faulty, or more likely your handset is network locked.

I bought nokia 5800 XpressMusic. It purchases South Korea. I use it Bangladesh. But mobile is offline and sim card not allow any network. IMEi 359339037461968

If your sim is offline then your phone is currently locked to particular network. You need to unlock to use it with other network.
