SOURCE: Threading a consew RB-1 sewing machine

Send an email to me at [email protected] and maybe I can help. I'd need more info. on your ploblem. I'll start you off with these two things assuming that your difficulty is with the bobbin as you state "underneath & threading". Notice the white painted dot on the the machine arm at the drive pully. Notice the white dot on the pully. Allign these two. Tilt the entire machine head back so that it is resting on the word verticle finger stop (or get underneath the machine). Bobbins are loaded by pulling the small chrome lever w/ your thumb & index finger (this is an unlocking latch). Do so moving it outward to about 90 degrees. Usually while you do this the holder and bobbin just pop out. To install u just snap then on. It's placed when u hear a click. For more info email me directly. Doug

SOURCE: I have a Euro-Pro 9160 computerized sewing

Yes,

Go buy a can of canned air from a computer store and blow out your bobbin case area and any other lint you see.

Then place a drop of of on the needle bar (right above the screw that holds the needle in) and one drop where the hook (silver part) goes around the bobbin case (black part that holds the bobbin case) (see picture)

Where can i get an operators manual for a juki 1541 sewing machine in english?

Well, it seems there is some English in there in places. Here is the online manual I found for what I believe to be the correct machine. Looks like you may have to page through this document and see if you can find what you need, as I was unable to find an English only manual:

Why does my needle keep breaking and bobbin case makes clicking sound and locks up on me?

If this is a new machine to you please get and read the operator's manual before trying to operate. Super fast, and powerful machine be careful as you learn how to properly operate it.

I have juki 1541 industrial machine needle want pick up bobbin thread??

Is your needle inserted correctly? Try taking it out and inserting again. Is your bobbing threaded correctly? Try taking it out and re-threading. You might also try cleaning the bobbin area. The only other think I can think of is that you may have the wrong needle in.

I need information on tension disk for Juki 1541-S Walking Food Industrial Sewing Machine

Get a magnifying glass and look carefully at the disc for a build up of wax and burrs. You may need to clean them up or use a piece of fine sand paper to remove burrs. Start there.... then if no improvement seek out your local industrial sewing machine repairman to get parts and further help.

How do you adjust the timing on a Juki 1541-S walking foot sewing machine

Puckering can be from a number of different sources. The wrong needle/thread combo for the fabric. Poorly adjusted presser on the "feet"... too aggressive feed dogs.... It's hard to say without playing with the machine.

As to the company.... I would threaten to return it and demand a refund. It's amazing how fast they get a repair guy out there. Especially if it is under warranty.

Question==>JUKI dnu 1541 or ddl 8300n

Might I be so bold as to disagree with Allmakes.
Why would a manufacturer build different models of industrial. They are designed for differnt jobs. The 8300 is a high speed garment machine, the 1541 is a compund feed upholstery machine. The motor is the same HP and does not affect the ability to sew heavy. The garment machine will sew garment weight leather just fine but you will have problems getting the fabric to feed properly particularly over seams. The other issure you may find with a garment machine is it's ability to handle heavier threads. I suggest that the 1541 would be a better choice for making bags and purses.
