PC does not recognise the card, You have to install the driver of the sound card. Right click on my computer and click Property and then click on Hardware and Device manager. If there is a question mark on the sound device than you have to install the sound card driver. A CD that comes with the sound card. Doubel click on the question mark and just read instruction and do installation. Is that answers your Question? Cheers

MY SYSTEM IS 1998 MODEL WITH INTEL PENTIUM III. SUDDENLY MY SYSTEM LOST SOUND WHILE I WAS PLAYING A MOVIE . MOVIE IS RUNNING BUT SOUND HAS NOT COME. THEN I ASKED MY FRIEND, HE TOLD ME THAT SOUND CARD...

Hi

This is and old soundcard . I believe it is designed to support DOS, Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000 only.

You do not say which operating syustem you are using. XP, maybe?

Before you try to install drivers try:

Start > control Panel > Sounds and audio devices > Audio > click on the drop menu next to playback device to see list of audio devices > selesct the Dynex DX-SC5.1 as the Default Device > Apply > Ok.

In Vista:

Start > Control panel > hardware & Sounds > manage audio Devices > click to highlight the sound driver for this sound card > Set Default > Apply > OK.

If tyhis does not work, then uninstall the drivers > restart the computer > download and reinstall the drivers.

Try here:

I hope this helps

No sound pc

You need to install your computer or sound card audio driver or restore it to the point where sound is audible on your computer. To restore your os or drivers to it's original state, you need to click on ( start ). Then click on ( All Programs ). Then click on ( accessories ).Then click on ( system tools ). Then click on ( system restore ). And the last thing you'll do is to select a recently saved restore point of with you think everything is working properly. If this did'nt work, try to download your sound driver to your sound card or motherboard to it's manufacturers web site. Or you could buy Driver magician , driver magician will search and detect all the driver that your computer needs. All you got to do is to select them and then by clicking on download, driver magician will automatically search the internet and download it for you. Have a nice day friend. Hope this would help you much. Have a nice day and hoping this would have good effect on your computer .

I have a HP windows XP sound sysyems nt working though speakers are ok . wht do i do ?

Hey, try connecting a headphone to your computer and check if you get sound through it.If yes then there is some problem with the speakers. If not then either the sound card on the computer is not working or you need to reinstall the driver software for the sound card.

Please rate, if it helps.

My computer downloads about65% of the game onto the computer and

It could be be video card or the memory cards. Start by removing the cards in the CPU and placing them back into the slots. Also check the internal clock battery. If all is fine, replace your CPU.

Downloaded ds games onto sd card. did work on ds then added a few more games and now won't play on ds, says loading. i tried to delete games from sd card and it won't let me.

First have you determined if you exceeded the Memory Capacity for the SD card? If so load SD into your computer Memory card Reader slot, It should pop up on the Screen. Look for Options to View, or Edit the SD card, you should be able to open the Memory stuff and delete some of the games. It sounds like you overloaded the Memory Card.

Software

First of all, you should not even mention that is a cracked version, I will fake I did not hear that. I am sure you installed the pirate version only to test it on your computer, and you will buy the original if this works.

Regarding the games here are the specification:

Minimum System Requirements:
You must have these minimum system specifications for the game to function correctly. We do not provide support for configurations that do not meet the minimum requirements.
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows® 2000/XP (Windows 95/98/ME/NT Not Supported)
  • CPU: Pentium 4 1.5Ghz or Athlon XP Equivalent
  • RAM: 512MB
  • Graphics: 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible video card which supports Hardware TnL and Pixel Shader 2.0 (GeForce FX / Radeon 9500 or higher)
  • Sound: 100% DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card
  • DVD-Rom: Quad-speed (4x) Dvd-Rom Drive
  • Hard Drive: 5.0GB free disk space
  • Input Devices: 100% Windows 2000/XP compatible Mouse and Keyboard (Gamepads and controller are not supported)
Recommended System requirements:
  • CPU: Pentium 4 2.4Ghz or Athlon XP/64-bit equivalent
  • RAM: 1024MB
  • Graphics: ATI X800 series, Nvidia GeForce 6800 series or higher video card
  • Sound: 100% DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card, Sound Blaster X-Fi series
  • DVD-Rom: Eight-speed (8x) DVD-Rom drive or faster
  • Hard Drive: 5.0GB free disk space
This game requires a CPU of at least 2.4 Ghz and a powerful video card, such as
ATI X800 series, Nvidia GeForce 6800 series or higher.

You also need
DirectX 9.0c installed, that may be the reason why it does not start.
Try downloading
DirectX 9.0c here, if it does not work, then, providing that CPU is good enough, you will need to upgrade video adapter or get a new computer.

Download from here and install:
Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime
or
Download details: DirectX 9.0c Redistributable for Software Developers

Sometimes you need an overpowered computer to play latest games, standard computers are usually not powerful enough for new games, that is the reason why they invented Xbox and PS.
