First you need to get a valid IMEI no... for your phone then all problem is solved.....

You take IMEI numbers from any SAMSUNG centers or any Genuine IMEI dealers....

Call the service provider and get the master reset code and reset it from security lock.

go to any good mobile repair shop where u can ask for ime writing which is on back panel .

since you master reset the phone it may erase everything on the phone even the settings installed, you have to consult your service provider to re configure your network settings.
