My headset just stopped playin sound???

If the stereo earphone output socket is in tact (not broken), most likely the problem maybe the Earphone-cord is broken.

I can record/play a video, but during play back there's no sound.

Check your display(on screen) do you see a word "NARRATION"? if so switch that off(can be found in the menu). Or it could be your internal speaker busted. To confirm connect it to your TV, sound must be heard on tv. Otherwise, have it check by the expert. Good luck

Walkman gets heated for less time, frequently not responding to in and outgoing calls

Has the phone gotten wet at all? Anything at all - using it in the rain, having it in the bathroom whilst having a bath or shower, anything like that?

Sounds like something physical has gone wrong somewhere! If it's still under warranty see if you can get it repaired/replaced under warranty.

No sound after charging from dead.

Hello, I had the same problem with this phone. What you need to do is turn off the cellular phone, take out the battery and leave it out for thirty seconds. Once you reboot the phone, the problem should be fixed. If not, I do have a few other solutions. Let me know how it works out for you.
