Copy following link to identify power strip timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#striptimer

Zilla, Utilitec, GE strip timers use basically the same format for programming.
For each ON time, there has to be a corresponding OFF time, and days for On and Off times cannot conflict.
Best guess: you have a conflict or incomplete on-off program.

With Zilla timer, there is added level of complexity since the ON-OFFs are set for different day and night outlets.

Add a comment with the exact timer model number so expert can read the manual alongside you.

I need the English instructions for the Utilitech timer #0144506

I found a Utilitech timer at Lowes with the item number #0144506. The Utilitech model number for this timer is UTTNID001. If this is the correct timer, the manual is on the product page: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Utilitech-15-Amp-1-Outlet-Digital-Residential-Plug-in-Lighting-Timer/4740850 . Scroll down and expand the Guides & Documents section. The direct link is currently: http://pdf.lowes.com/useandcareguides/054732817825_use.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Utilitech 2 outlet timer - 0155671

No.
Each outlet has same on-off programming.
Utilitec does not make 2-channel timer.... and neither does any other consumer timer company... unless you buy a box timer like Intermatic ET 1100 or 1800 series etc 2-4-6-8-12 channel timers.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#ET-series

To have 2 different programs from same outlet, then buy 2 bar timers that both fit same outlet, and then program each to suit need.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#bar

Many bar timers are 24-hour instead of 7-day.

I have a powerbar with 8 outlets 4 always on 4 controled by a digital timer with 6 buttons, Top row Day, Hour, Min. Bottom row Clk, Mode, Prg. When i set the timers my lights dont shut off or correlate to...

1) Copy following link to identify timer and download manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#striptimer

2) Check that battery is operable,
Move selector switch to ON position.
Check that each program has ON and OFF times set.
Check that each ON time has same days of operation as OFF time.
To delete programs, hold down MODE button and press Prog button.
Check outlet has correct polarity using circuit analyzer.
Try power strip on different outlet.
Check load rating of timer matches type of load being controlled.
This timer might not work for CFL inductive loads, try with ordinary light bulb.

Problem of Utilitech digital 8 outlet power strip timer

Copy following link to identify exact timer, and download possible manual.
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#striptimer

With this particular timer, press MODE and PRG button to clear timer programming.
When programming is complete, press CLK button to enter current time setting and end programming.
Then press Mode button until Auto indicator displays.
Make sure current time is correct, and that correct am-pm selected.
Make sure that on-and-off programs are set for same days-of-week, or conflict will cause timer to work erratically.
If timer is defect, buy another timer at Lowes and return defect in new package.

I need a manual for UTILITECH #0148373.. and i need it now! PLease help me..i need to know how to use this product. HELP PLZ!

Open following link to correctly identify product:
http://cgi.ebay.it/UTILITECH-2-OUTLET-TIMER-0148373-15-AMP-LOT-OF-4-/290468257053

Utilitec 0148373 timer is plug-in type timer.
Set on-off times by moving pins.
Pins are located on dial and stick up. They can be moved back and forth like stick-shift on car.
See example of pins at following link:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#Pins-tabs

Instructions:
Turn ON lamp.
Light bulb is good.
Plug lamp into timer.
Plug timer into outlet.
Move some pins outward.
Then manually rotate dial clockwise to watch how lights turn on-off.
That will tell you if lights turn on or off when pins are set outward.

To set current time, rotate dial clockwise until current time lines up with arrowhead located on inner dial.
Dial turns as time passes.
Lever on top of timer is moved to 'Timer'
