I charge my laptop 100% but my battery is low everytime why?

How long have you had the battery?
The average life of a battery if charged everytime the laptop is used can be as low as 12 months.
Try a replacement battery if this one is exhausted.

Maybe the life of the battery is almost exhausted. If the battery is charged everytime the laptop is used it will gradually decay in life and energy storage. They are best emptied and then recharged at least once a month. That will help to keep the life of the battery extended as long as possible.

This sounds like the laptop is faulty if within minutes the laptop is totally drained of power from a so-called full charge.
Because the laptop is new then I recommend that you send or take the laptop back for repair or replacement as it's still covered by the manufacturers warranty.
