Try adjusting the metal coils inside the case so that there is a tighter fit with the batteries' contacts. Also clean the gold contacts with a little dab of vinegar on a cotton swab.

The first step is to install its driver, after taht you can connect the wireless dongle into a free USB port of your computer, then put the batteries inside the mouse and turn it on, in the most of cases, the wireless dongle and mouse sinchronize automatically, if they don't, there's a small botton in both devices press it in each one to synchronize them manually.

Do as I did. Get a 5 dollar wired keyboard and put the Logitech wireles keyboard in the garbage can where it belongs. I can't start describing the many problems I had with it. The mouse went the same way weeks earlier.

Hi, connecting the Dynex Wireless Optical Mouse is easy. First, you need to install the driver for the mouse. It should have come packaged with the mouse, on the CD-ROM. If you don't have the CD-ROM you can download the driver from the website and install it:

Scroll down to "Dynex Wireless Optical Mouse" and click "English" next to "Driver:" to download it, then unzip it and install it.

Once you've installed the driver, all you have to do is put the two AA batteries in the mouse, flip the switch on the bottom to On, and insert the USB receiver into your computer. Your mouse should be usable right away!

That is a CRUM chip communication problem. Crums are on Drum units. Toner cartridges and Fusers.
One may have simply expierd, may have failed.

Turn upside down, locate battery cover.

Make sure the circuit board and wires are all in place correctly so they aren't preventing the case from snapping/connecting back together.

Most of the time, it's just a small piece of wire or something that is getting in the way and preventing you from closing it back up.

Devices are made so small these days that they don't leave much room in them for loose wires and all.

Go to Logitech site and load newest software for that model. After you do this, you can customize to windows by going to control panel, mouse, etc. Hope this helps.

Try hitting "CTRL + ALT + An arrow key"

That should flip you right back!
