I was wondering if you have a way to fix the output on this amp. My amp turns on fine and everything look fine but there is no sound coming out. Im pretty sure its the rca inputs on the amp. My 1000/1 jl audio amp is turning on but it gives me the low ohms light and i dont have no subs connected what can it be?
IVE HAD 2 JL 1000/1S DO THIS TO ME EACH TIME ITS TURNED OUT TO BE A SHORT IN THE RCA IMPUT BUT ALSO CHECK YOUR RCA CABLES AND THE SUB INPUT ON YOUR HEADUNIT

exact same problem with my 500/1 and exact same problem with my 1000/1 today. sadly, smoke came out of my 500/1, i'm not exactly sure what had happened to my 1000/1 though. i've spoken to many people on forums and one specialist had told me that if the power light comes on, but there is no output, that means the power supply has failed.
The damn 1000/1 comes on but theres no sound coming from the outputs. It doesnt make sense that its a bad power supply because if it was a bad power supply it wouldnt come on right? Some one tell me whats wrong.
