To change the language
1 press the utility/counter button
2 touch user setting the top left button on the touchscreen
3 touch users choice the left button on the touchscreen
4 under the tab 1/6 the second button on the touchscreen is langauge selection touch this button and you can change the language
if you have recently changed the nv ram and this is what caused the language to change on the machine then post a follow up and i will post the instructions to change the language for this it is a different procedure.

Could you be talking about a Konica Minolta !610f never heard of a 131f if 16 95/xp mite be the only os you can use try going to konicaminolta web site to down load free drivers

Press the Utility button,
then Stop 0 0
then press again Stop 0 1
then scroll to Clear Data, and then Supplies Data and clear.
You must be aware that clearing this counter clears the drum, developer and other counters.

Enter in the service mode and select counter mode and reset a counter to selected parts.

M2 message refer to consumables life end.Enter in service mode,select a counter and select consumables and read the counter.Change the consumables when indicated and reset the counter to 0.I hope you have KM Dialta 450 or Dialta 520.If you have other KM model please tell me a model type for more help.

When is the last time a full PM was done. with the counter properly cleared and require procedures where done after the developer and drum are replaced, did you clear the counters for the new drum?? Replacing the heater (FUSER/FIXER is not the problem) A good cleaning in and around the Photo drum and developer section with the developer replaced and counters properly check and so get a qualified Konica Minolta Tech out to look at the machine. My recommendation

To install bizhub 362 as a printer on your pc, please insert the printer driver cd into CD ROM drive.run the setup utility and follow the instructions.it will automatically search and detect the copier.Just read carefully and follow the instructions.its simple.

to print meter readings perform these steps. 1-press "utility/counter" 2-press "details" 3-now at the left side of the screen you will see a "print" button, press it and get your copy.

there are two ways you can rea\set the ip address you can press utility counter administrator password is 12345678 the go to network ip address and you can chane it there if you know the ip address you can browse to the machine and log in as administrator and go to network and reset there

Unfortunately you cannot reset those electronic counters.
I'd suggest reloading the firmware to try and solve the issue going forward.
