And do Image stabilise reset.

If that doesn't help then:

If Imaging units are over life -replace them if Transfer belt is over life replace it.

push down, slide out, pull tapes and fixtures off new unit(s) and replace. These IU's have chips in them to keep track of life. Another option instead of replacing the unit is to buy just the chip and replace it on the old image unit. This depends on the condition of the existing unit(s).

You need to reset the drum chip on the unit...that is the only way unfortunately.

replace the cyan image unit with OEM unit
