Get the subsidy code for your Motorola model mobile from this site Theunlockspot.com , here it gives the code along with easy methods for your mobile .........
Yes it is possible to use your motorola with Cingular only when you unlock your phone. You can unlock it at www.mobile-unlocker.com. Unlocking is very quick here.
alot of guys that sell "unlocked " phones sell a regular network-specific phone but they'll include a universal unlock wafer-thin sim that fits in your phone between your sim card and the phone contacts. Look in the box ..if you still got it look for a plastic sd card sized container and see if there's one with you phone... if not you can get one on ebay for about ten bucks.. let me know what happens... It sounds like your phone is not unlocked. Did you get the phone through a different provider and your sim card through some one else? For ex, here in US, a cingular SIM will not work in a Sprint phone.
