Have open and closed cover a few times but message still appears
SOURCE: keep getting message rear draw open
If you pull the fuser out, look at the bottom of the sliding mechanism for a bent metal tab that actuates a switch when you close the rear drawer.
They get bent pretty easily.
SOURCE: I have a Kyocera FS-2000D printer that will not print
first turn off your pritner power.
check open the front door pull your ink cartridge then clean dust and blur from it then check there is not any paper jam then refix ink cartridge.then turn on the power.
SOURCE: close rear unit= error code I opened the rear
Easy. You have to seek the problem at the left side underneath the the gears.
Turn it to the bottom.
There is a protruding metal peace. Bend it back to stand vertival. It will slow your problem, but if not feel free to ask!
It helped to me.
1.
Make sure the printer is on.
2.
Open the printer cover. The print cartridge carrier moves and stops at the
loading position, unless the All-in-One is busy.
Note: If
the carrier does not automatically move to the center, turn off the
printer/unplug the printer from the power source and then slide the carrier to
the center.
3.
Remove both cartridges from the carrier.
4.
Close the printer cover.
5.
Rebrick (pull out power supply, black box where the
power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30
seconds).
6.
When the printer turns on, reinsert one cartridge first.
7.
Close the printer cover and check for any errors.
8.
If no error appears, reinsert the other cartridge. Close the printer cover.
9.
Replace whichever cartridge is causing the error to appear with a new
cartridge.
