I bought a IQ America Wired Doorbell 8-note Westminster Model DW-2840 at Home Depot. My electrician put it in and said the diode didn't come with it. He threw the packaging away and now I see that it was supposed to come with it, but I have no packaging and Home Depot doesn't sell the diodes and without the packaging won't take it back. How can I purchase a diode? I can't find IQ America online to ask.
For the IQ America doorbell (mine is a DW2860), the diode that was packaged was a 1N4004. Search for it on eBay. They are very cheap.

New transmissions --- are only new once
When installed on the assy line
Has to be rebuilt if necessary
PO 147 ---O2 Sensor Heater (Bank 1 Sensor 3) don't have one of those
PO714 -- Trans Temp Sensor -heat for the slipping
PO 471 --- Exhaust Pressure Sensor -don't have that either
Need a new guy

Check to make sure the button on the trunk latch is turned from manual unlock...they made that feature so only the key will work to open the trunk that way if someone breaks in the front of your car they can't hit the trunk release and get into the trunk...may be the same thing for your remote. Hope that helps.
