Why can't I upload songs onto my MP3 player?

It could be the USB cable or the USB port of the computer or it cold be the device itself. Try connecting the MP3 player into different USB ports of the computer. You might want to connect it into different computer aswell.

Try using another USB cable. If you get the same problem, contact the manufacturer for possible firmware upgrade.

Can't delete songs uploaded years ago.

Under windows explorer or my computer, click on the icon for the mp3 player. On the mp3 player, switch between the Usb and Mtp mode (The M button). You should see songs from both modes.

My mp3 took songs off instead of adding.

Hello, I probably can help.

If its *full* its do to Filesystem Partially Corruption.
*BACKUP* all your songs. Then right click the usb device, format, than format in FAT format NOT FAT32 or NOT NTFS! THESE WILL RENDER YOUR DEVICE USELESS! Reload your songs and they should be good-to-go. If not i suggest contacting GPX

Uploading problem

If you have got a usb cable insert it in your mp3 player and the usb port of your computer.
In My Computer a new removable disk icon appears.
Open the drive and paste the song files and directories in the disk.
Now click Safely remove hardware button in the taskbar.choose Safely remove hardware and the computer shows safe to remove hardware.take out the usb cable from both the ends.Switch on the player and listen to your songs.

My RCA TH11 has stopped working. at first the player would automatically delete songs from the player after i downloaded new songs. i finally got tired of it and erased all the songs so i could start over...

his is a firmware problem. Go to http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloa... and download (save) the firmware update. Then follow the directions to upload it onto your Pearl. As soon as you are done, it will work perfectly!

I found this on another website..it worked for mine

Problem with uploading music

You will need iTunes which probabaly came with ure iPod.
Now plug your iPod in with the USB cord, iTunes should recognize it and then you will need to get songs by either; draggging them into iTunes or buying them off of iTunes.

If you have problems, reply.

Good luck.
