Done some reserach on the web re this. Basically your satnav is broken. GPXFIX downloads a list of satellites which your device then uses - but as the satellites move - you need a new copy of gpxfix.
Try to hard reset the unit press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds and then if still not work check if there is a latest firmware update and also make sure to properly charge the unit for 3 to 4 hours.
