I bought the Janome 9102D serger from Hancock's fabrcis, and now I cant find anyone who provides accessories for this machine. I need a walking foot. Can anyone provide a web site or telephone number for a dealer/repairman who seels these products ?

Did your receive oil in your accessories if so then you need to oil your machine but if you did not then you probably need t let a dealer oil it some machines don't need oiling. I would check your manual or your nearest sewing machine dealer.
Here is a step by step guide on replacing and threading the upper loop on your serger. If this does not work, the Janome website suggest using the DVD that came with your model for a step by step video.
I have read two postings on this particular model. One owner indicated the only instructions came on a VHS tape and the other was looking for a replacement manual as the dog and destroyed their original!!!!
