How do I recover the enable password on my Trapeze mobility exchange mx-8. Or how do I do a factory reset?

Probably you can access the settings through the operation screen on the machine.
There you may find this reset setting.

Factory default passwords
When accessing the system settings, the administrator password is required to log in with administrator rights. The system settings can be configured in the Web pages as well as on the operation panel. To access the system settings using the Web pages, a password is also required.
Factory default administrator password is “admin”
Store a new administrator password as soon as the machine is installed.
Once the administrator password has been changed, the new password is required to restore the factory default password. Take care to remember the new password.
Factory default passwords (Web pages)
There are two factory default accounts: "Administrator" and "User". A person who logs in as an "Administrator" can configure all settings in the Web pages. In addition, an administrator can restrict access to other settings by enabling "User" accounts.

If this has been changed when the machine was installed you have a challenge to find out who changed it and if this person still knows it.

Typically when a mobile device is locked, it wants the original e-mail account name and password it was setup with. You shouldn't need internet connectivity to unlock the phone. BUT... A recovered account or changed password won't have the original password which is what the device needs to be unlocked. In that case the device will probably need to have a factory reset done (read the owner's manual for instructions) and then setup again with an e-mail account (be sure to write the information down this time). Connect the console cable, open a connection to the serial port via a utility such as PuTTY, and do the following:
1) Enter the user name "recover" and password "recover" to place your unit in password recovery mode. The unit will remain in password recovery mode for 30 seconds max.
2) Perform a hard reset by removing power, waiting 10 seconds, and then re-applying power.
3) Once the switch has rebooted, enter a new password for the "admin" user account.
4) Enter enable to leave password recovery enabled, or enter disable to turn it off. You are now logged in as the default "admin" user.
Note: If password recovery has been disabled, the only way to recover access is to return the switch to 3com.

Hi Mahesh , if you have forgot your password then simply go to mobile repairing shoppe and tel him they have mobile editing software through which they recover password and they will tell you your mobile password , they hardly take 50 Rs

As far as I know, you'll need Netgear's help to recover the passwords and they'll only help if you have a Premium support contract.

Try "1234" as this is the default if password protection is enabled.
