I have a Sylvania mp3 player smpk1066, and I do not know what extension to put on my video files to get them to go on the player! I tried AVI but it didn't work. Please help!
I was looking into it a little and you can also use a .flv format video, which works great on my player. I have the smpk8854b and videos that came as .flv work fine! i haven't tried the conversion process yet so idk how effective it is.
i tried converting some homemade movies with a freeware program called super, you can get it here http://www.erightsoft.com/S6Kg1.html). It worked fine as long as i converted to the .flv ( in super the drop down box its listed as "swf or flv (Flash)" )
dragged and dropped my file in the box and i was done!

Smpk1066 players need video resolution set to 128x128.
here is the manual for smpk1066...
http://www.curtisint.com/html/custservice/manuals/SYL_SMPK1066_ENFR.PDF
I also have the Sylvania smpk8854b. to put the video into a file into a converted file what you do is go into your windows media and select your video that you wanna convert with the right click button go down to "open file location" it will then take you to where its located then you right click again and select "Move". put it into your My documents. go to your video conversion tool and proceed with the info thats in the manual.
