I had a power fail & when the power came back on I had the F9 error code on my range with a beep beeping that would not stop until I pressed cancel, beeping stop however F9 error code stayed on, I solved the problem by turning off the power, then turning power on again and then I pressed start button and it removed the F9 error code and all is working GREAT now... whzurdaddy...
Here's what F9 code means:
1. Door lock safety circuit on ERC sensed Replace the door latch assembly
2. Door Lock Warning Check door lock circuit or Replace Clock
Try pressing and holding the door latch to unlock position and then press cancel for a few seconds. The latch should return to its original position.
