Hi! Which watch brand and model do you have? If you want to evaluate an expensive watch, then you should find an expert that will give you a fair valuation. For example, I needed to evaluate my Rolex and there were several websites, which offered such service. I picked the one called Ermitage Jewelers and they've made an evaluation. Then I've sold them my pre-owned watch and bought a new one :) I don't know if such scheme will work for you. Still you must be careful not to became a fraud victim. Hope it'll help. Good luck!

Hi, I would recommend either taking to a jeweler at your local mall who usually do it for free. If your like me and have a decent size watch collection, I would suggest to invest in a watch resizing kit.

I would contact Nixon since it is a new watch.

What kind of battery did they put in it?? G shocks are powered by a rechargeable solar battery!!! Should not have been replaced unless it was the same type of battery. I would be going back to jeweler and asking them to send your watch to Casio and they pay for the new solar battery. Let me know what happens.

Same place where you bought the watch, mate, same place where you bought the watch. Surely the watch is a Versage but the wrist band can be any band you can find at any good watchmaker of jeweller. ;)
