Hi,
Unfortunately, the feature that you are looking for is called "quick-change batteries" and they are not common.
The Chinese branded scooters, like Schwinn, Razor, Freedom, X-treme, and anything made by Currie Technologies, will generally have fixed batteries. You can not easily change them, without extensive electronics manufacturing knowledge, or wiring knowledge.
The "quick-change battery" option proved to be flawed, as the scooters would shake and rattle the batteries at the quick release connection. The batteries would become separated from the port, and the scooter would stop running and sometimes blow fuses, due to the battery disconnecting and connecting when the scooter shakes.
Hence the most popular style is hard-wired into the scooter. Most scooters have an onboard charger installed in the deck too, so that all
you plug in to the scooter is a cable.
