tried to adjust the convergence settings in the menu in the color adjustment in the tv menu. if can not adjust, you have bad either an open resistor or bad ic in the convergence circuit which control the color adjustment.

You might have a USB virus or spyware infection in the memory card. I suggest you have Kodak develop the pictures then wipe the memory card clean. And the pictures might be dark because of the camera settings and or the development quality. Try resetting the camera. Hope this works.
Something is out of tolerance in the horizontal deflection circuit. You should try resoldering the horizontal output and driver transformer. If that doesnt help you will need to troubles shoot the deflection circuits. If you need a link to get a good quality service manual for your model let me know and I will post a link.
If the picture rolls while both on cable as well as when you playback a tape or DVD, it could be caused by a bad filter capacitor in the power supply or vertical deflection circuits. If it only rolls while trying to view a picture from a cable/satellite box, then that component is likely at fault.
If the picture is jumping from top to bottom this is a vertical issue. The common cause on older Hitacjis is loose connections on the vertical output IC.
